Mobile ticketing A mobile ticketing solution brings great benefits for companies wanting to decrease turnstyle times, reduce costs and deliver a convenient solution to guests.

Mobile tickets are delivered to a customer's phone in a variety of ways:

  • Tickets via Text messaging (SMS)
  • Tickets via Text messaging with WAP Push
  • Tickets via Picture messaging (SMS, EMS, WAP Push and MMS)

Tickets can either be as simple as a text message with a reference code, or you may want to utilise barcode technology. Our 2D data matrix barcode system allows characters to be encoded in a graphic square (the type you see on your gas bill!).


Using our redemption scanner software, mobile screens can be scanned at the door and a ticket validated within a few seconds, improving the flow of customers through a door. Once a ticket has been scanned, we create the logic behind the redemption system, for example, once scanned the ticket it is no longer valid - eliminating the 'pass it on' factor.

TXD provide a number of different solutions to suit your particular needs. Interfacing with an existing system is not usually a problem and redeption mechanisms can also be built to communicate with an existing door entry system.
